I was given permission to share this status from a Facebook group I’m in about what this person learned in therapy recently. I found it very helpful and wanted to share to potentially help someone else.
I wanted to put this here because as a person with misophonia, some days I’m busy doing all of this. I have days that are manageable and days that are not; those days are when almost anything will send me into fit of rage. So I say I’m busy, because I don’t want to make people uncomfortable with my bad misophonia day. This also applies to my anxiety and depression.
